One of THE major problems with legislative *regulatory* Statute, is there are no Enforcement criteria included in the Statute. This is intentional, and the practice is based on *settlement* Laws Merchant and Uniform Commercial Code, rather than Common, Civil, or Criminal Law.
Our 'legal' systems have been corrupted by a corporate/mafia agenda that refuses to submit to civil enforcement of Lawful order. This has been the case since the erasure of the Original 13th Amendment, which prohibited persons of Royalty from serving in governmental agency.
Hopefully all states will be taking such action. People and parents should have the right to decide on all medical treatments The idea of needing a religious exemption is ridiculous. An atheist should have the right to decide too.
I'm concerned that the vax cabal will find a way around this, e.g., giving shots to the pro-vax crowd that are highly shed-able/spreadable to those of us who don't want the shots. This probable fact-in-the-making consideration needs to be put into bills so that we don't get the vax simply by breathing the air!
Off topic thoughts: seems to me that, since the US military complex was responsible for the pandemic (Fauci, Baric at University of North Carolina, Daszak at Eco Health Alliance), we probably won't see any justice? I don't think our government is going to admit to anything no matter who is in office. The research got offshored to Wuhan from the University of North Carolina but Trump kept calling it The China virus. And, even though EcoHealth Alliance has been shut off from federal funding, including the new bat lab in Colorado, the government is still funding it. And because Trump kept taking credit for the warp speed vaccine, I don't think Kennedy is going to address it while he's in office? I'm sure Kennedy is walking a fine line of what he's able to expose.

Yes. As an Atheist, I've always considered religious exemptions suspect. Hiding behind some obscure belief has gotten us to where we are today...
