The *Bill* lacks Enforcement and Penalty clauses. Therefore House Bill 469 is a lame and empty text defining nothing...

Then why don't you contact those House members to let them know that that other, yet vital, information needs to be added to the original Bill?

Hello Judy. I've read a number of 'vaccine' and anti-geoengineering proposals offered as *legislative* agenda these last few months. The reason most of these "Bills" lack enforcement and penalty clauses, is the legislators themselves are criminally guilty.

Their crimes include acting as Accessories After the Fact, acting as Accomplice's to Murder, Treason, and multiple acts of Terrorism and Extortion during the mandate period. They are guilty as sin and they know it. Best regards.

Oh my goodness!

Call me gullible!

I truly expect the best out of our elected officials but what's happened these last few years has awakened me to a different reality, and I hate what I'm seeing.

I understand that you aren't saying, we can't do anything about the status quo, but that it's not as simple as I considered it should be.

Paul, Thank you for your informative reply!

Hello Judy Joyce. I can understand your disappointment with our elected officials. The majority of "official" governance has been a complete fraud for at least the last 150 years. One of the primary Statutes broken daily:

18 U.S. Code § 3 - Accessory after the fact >>> "Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

Except as otherwise expressly provided by any Act of Congress, an accessory after the fact shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the principal, or both; or if the principal is punishable by life imprisonment or death, the accessory shall be imprisoned not more than 15 years."

There are numerous *other* violations of Code, Statute, and Constitutional Law being violated by our past and current officials. Best regards.

I do not like the cancer exceptions. MRNA Is gene modification and has no place in the human body. There are many other treatments outside of the allopathic medical industry that can cure cancer. They just don't make the TRILLION dollar industry enough to even test. The medical industrial complex won't allow it.
