Though I applaud the introduction of this legislation, the enforcement clauses are much too lenient. >>> "The bill specifies that “[a] person who violates this section is guilty of a simple misdemeanor and is subject to a fine of five hundred dollars per incident.”

The bill also targets healthcare professionals, stating that an “appropriate licensing board within the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing shall review the license of a person licensed under chapter 147 who violates this section.”

1.) The misdemeanor charge should be augmented to a Class 1 Felony, and enforcement upgraded to *$100,000 US dollar fine per incident*.

2.) Licencing of the perpetrator should include a *One Year suspension of medical licence* with review taking place the following year.

The direct introduction of lethal compounds into the bloodstream of a living human being should be considered Assault with Intent. See: 18 U.S. Code § 113 - Assaults within maritime and territorial jurisdiction >>> https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/113

These legislators should be apprised of these conditions...

Basically we need a law prohibiting the requirement of a vaccine for any reason without consequences or penalties if notc taken. Freedom of choice with no strings attached. So even if they do make them you can avoid taking them.

That's how I feel. There needs to be laws that don't allow the work place , schools... To force vaccines or any medication procedure. It gets very complicated behind the scenes in a way idk. For instance I just heard that Kaiser is behind the vax requirements in Cali. They wanted to force the vaccine, but their employees would quit so they went to gov and had the power to get the gov to enforce this. Thereby bypassing Union laws

Good reason to boycott or not use Kaiser as provider under ACA though that also punishes the employees , as it's not the employees fault the vaccine were enforced. The employess though could have still quit their jobs after the gov enforced this.

This will just further politicize a medication. Just get the info out there for everyone to see and they will choose not to get it!! If you can it, it will be desired by 1/2 the population and come roaring back in 4 years. Do not politicize medecine. No one thought it the right thing to ban ivm. Didn't do the opposite back. It's not a was we choose

I get that argument. But they're the ones who politicized it. Not us. The COVID jab was forced on many of us, some being threatened with losing their jobs if they didn't get it. If we don't push back, it will never end. They started a fight none of us wanted. We will not stop because they won't. The politicization started with them, not us. We are reacting to their politicization because we can see where this is going. No more.

I disagree. When a person is given choice *allowing* the introduction of a potentially lethal poison into their bloodstream, or losing their ability to feed themselves and family, it is a clearly a situation of forced Coercion and/or financial Extortion. A felony crime.

So you feel "allowing" it while those in power do not force will backfire later and "allow" will become the ultimatum?

"Allowing" anyone to force another person into submission is a crime in itself. It's about as functional as taking cell phone video of a rape taking place. This happens more often than most are willing to admit...

A person who assaults me with a syringe will be beaten to death. That's my position on all such forced inoculation. People have reduced themselves to the roles of official cowards and social wimps.
