It amazes me that this kind of garbage legislation is even floated for public consumption. There have been Federal Laws against geoengineering (weather modification) for decades. See: >>>

15 U.S. Code Chapter 9A - WEATHER MODIFICATION ACTIVITIES OR ATTEMPTS; REPORTING REQUIREMENT >>> https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/15/chapter-9A

15 U.S. Code § 330 - Definitions | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/15/330

15 U.S. Code § 330a - Report requirement; form; information; time of submission

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/15/330a

15 U.S. Code § 330b - Duties of Secretary

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/15/330b

15 U.S. Code § 330d - Violation; penalty

The *penalty* cost is a sick joke...

This is great information! Thank you. Have you thought about whether after citing “national security” and an “emergency” they can waive these rules? This is what’s going on with gain-of-function oversight right now, for example. Any agency can, starting 2025, simply waive government/public oversight of their risky experiments. Maybe that’s how they’re getting around these weather modification laws you’ve cited. They simple say there’s a “climate emergency” that threatens “national security” and presto. The rules don’t apply anymore. I also think we need to support these senators and representatives backing these bills. They’re not perfect but it’s a step in the right direction.

Hello Jon. You bring up a valid point. There have been numerous funding bills allocated for NOAA weather *monitoring* efforts the last few years. As is the case with "vaccines" these monitoring systems are dual purpose. That is: Systems such as NEXRAD can not only monitor weather, but can be used as control mechanisms...

Some refer to the ENMOD Treaty which entered into "force" in 1978. Alas, it was designed as another UN paper tiger, and no one has complied since inception.

https://disarmament.unoda.org/enmod/

There are more recent Legislative attempts toward prohibition of Geoengineering in various States. Each entry can be reviewed via the "More" tab in the listing. >>>

https://zerogeoengineering.com/documents/ Ohio is one of the only States with a clearly defined Enforcement section, and is a very well constructed document...

Lawsuits are not the way forward. The practice must be Criminalized, and all current operative/participants indicted for Crimes Against Humanity. Best regards.

Didn't this bill in Tennessee fall through? I thought the government said they didn't have the right to air space?

Expand full comment

It’s law in TN. But the FAA wont let them enforce it.

Expand full comment

Exactly and that means it’s above their pay grade they can ask for whatever they want. Doesn’t mean they’re gonna get it.

Exactly! The FAA is the hurdle that needs to be addressed!

Maybe Kennedy can do something about it?

Unfortunately, Kennedy's appointment is for the DHHS. The FAA falls under the jurisdiction of the Dept. of Transportation which will be run by Sean Duffy. Doubt if Kennedy will have much say here.

That’s what I’m rooting for as well.

“The Florida bill will need to address this federal roadblock.” — This is the roadblock that needs to be addressed, no more local bills that just sounds good

Ha good luck with that. That’s beyond their pay grade I live in Tennessee now I moved here a few months ago. They weren’t supposed to have any here anymore due to a bill ~ and we get blasted!!

It's a good step. However, they need to address specific chemicals. This type of law is too vague and open to legal interpretations. Also they won't pass the FAA hurdle here as well as in Tennessee.

But if the Government can keep this law being enforced, maybe RFK Jr. can accomplish the goal. The Chem-trails in El Paso.... next day a dust storm came. It may be coincidence but this is all so strange!

That’s great! Hope the rest of the country follows suit. 3

Weeks ago, here in Central Pa, the skies were littered with them (and I saw the planes in action).

I and many co-workers are getting over being sick with upper respiratory and stomach “flu”

Please rush this sane bill to Texas. The chemtrails over our blue skies in El Paso are astonishing and no telling what these "high-flyers" are doing! I want to know the following: who, what, where, when and why? What is this about!!!!!

I reviewed the Tennessee legislation just after it's first release. The bill is a paper tiger, as it provides no penalty enforcement. Quoted from the bill: "The intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight is prohibited." [End quote]

I wrote Karen Bracken (of Tennessee) on her Substack page regarding this obvious legal error, as she was in contact with various persons who supported the legislation. The comment was that these persons were satisfied that the legislation passed at all. It was agreed they would address the enforcement issue at a later date. The bill is nonsensical.

This shit must stop!!! They just crossed our skies

With 4-6 chemtrails. The more information that comes out the sooner we put this fuckery in the trash, along with other nefarious poisonings.

Gotta start with RFK FEDS AND STATES!!!
