It is important to understand that such technologies are only offered on a consumer compliant (contractual agreement) basis. The Australian system is modeled after British law, and the British system has rather covert agency over Australian courts... It is much the same in New Zealand and Canadian systems. Civilians in each jurisdiction need to research Criminal Codes and the support of criminal attorneys trained in Law.
