Trump-Era Executive Order 13887 Authorized U.S. Defense Department to 'Facilitate Development of Next-Generation Influenza Vaccines' Just 3 Months Before COVID Pandemic
Why does the U.S. military need to be involved in "increasing" vaccination rates "among [American] populations"?
President Donald J. Trump signed Executive Order 13887 on September 19, 2019, just months before the COVID-19 pandemic began and a novel mRNA vaccine would be developed for the disease.

The executive order (EO), titled “Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United States To Promote National Security and Public Health,” authorized the U.S. Secretary of Defense, the head of the Department of Defense (DoD), to help develop “next-generation” vaccines.
The DoD was permitted to “investigate, in collaboration with HHS, alternative correlates of immune protection that could facilitate development of next-generation influenza vaccines,” the EO reads.
Incidentally, Pfizer Inc. and Moderna Inc.’s jabs, developed to respond to the COVID pandemic, are considered next-generation vaccines.
This is because the Pfizer and Moderna shots, unlike conventional vaccine platforms, utilize controversial mRNA technology.
The EO’s wording signals a trend away from traditional vaccines and toward those with even less safety data behind them.

U.S. Military Empowered to Increase Vaccination Levels Among Americans
The Trump-era EO also authorizes the DoD, which is in charge of the U.S. military, to help increase vaccination levels among American citizens.
The order uncritically assumes that vaccination is the “most effective defense against influenza.”
The document therefore laments the fact that, despite the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) best efforts, seasonal influenza vaccination levels in the United States have currently reached “only about 45 percent of CDC goals.”
This language is concerning, given that later on in the order, power is given to the DoD to make “recommendations for increasing influenza vaccination among the populations.”
But what exactly would the U.S. military recommend doing, or do itself, to members of the American public who refuse to vaccinate, whether for free will, health, philosophical, religious, or other reasons?

Unprecedented Multi-Agency Consolidation of Power
The EO also creates a powerful multi-agency “National Influenza Vaccine Task Force,” charged with identifying actions, achieving objectives identified in the order, as well as monitoring and reporting on the implementation and results of those actions.
The Task Force consists of a senior official from the following executive branch departments, agencies, and offices:
Department of Defense
Department of Justice
Department of Agriculture
Department of Veterans Affairs
Department of Homeland Security
United States Food and Drug Administration
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
National Institutes of Health
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA)
Questions are raised about whether such unprecedented power wielded by these agencies could be weaponized against Americans, and whether those opposed to vaccines could eventually become enemies of the state.

Is Bird Flu the Next Pandemic?
Lately, the mainstream media has been amplifying worries that bird flu now represents a “nightmare” situation and a “grim sign of [the] next pandemic.”
The H5N1 bird flu subtype has reportedly been detected in North and South America, Europe, and even Antarctica.
A new study published in the journal Emerging Infectious Diseases confirms H5N1 has even adapted to spread to mammals.
This is alarming, considering recent revelations that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has been conducting risky gain-of-function experiments on the H5N1 bird flu virus specifically, forcing it to be more infectious and deadly.
The USDA—part of the 2019 Trump executive order-created Task Force referenced above—also happens to be developing an H5N1 bird flu vaccine.
Thanks to a “loophole” in the international ‘Biological Weapons Convention’ (BWC) treaty, world governments are allowed to produce bioweapons from “the most dangerous pathogens” known to man so long as the stated purpose is for “peaceful uses,” like vaccine development.
Dr. Harvey Reich has argued that the SARS‑CoV‑2 that causes the disease COVID-19 is a “bioengineered” product of government weapons industries.
As previously reported on this website, former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield has predicted that a coming bird flu pandemic will be much worse than COVID.
He expects the bird flu virus will “have significant mortality, in the ten to fifteen percent range.”
“I don’t believe [COVID] is the ‘great pandemic,’” he said. “I believe the great pandemic is still in the future. And that’s going to be a bird flu pandemic from man. It’s going to have significant mortality, in the ten to fifteen percent range. It’s going to be trouble. And we should get prepared for it.”

That’s right !! it was September 2019 and he made an executive order to Fastrack flu vaccines in case of a pandemic. I have posted that many times but people didn’t seem to pick up on how sneaky it was. He knew exactly what was going on.
Yeah he also gave fema a lot of power too in another executive order. I can try to find that one and send it to ya. Flipping snakes
