Veit Nam was my bullshit war era. I am a veteran and that system is my only medical. I was kicked out of the main hospital in Portland for refusing to wear a face mask during covid. I asked the head of the optical department why he was doing that and his answer was that he was only following orders. He offered to have armed gaurds take me out of the 7th floor optical center and perhaps that was what I should have let him do; but what would that have proved; at least he spoke to me before ordering armed assistance. I am an old man and have spoke to many high ranking types as I worked my way up the chain or command asking why were we fighting in Veit Nam and why was I suppose to go kill folks so far from Oregon. That was a question I had during that bull shit war.
