Isn’t that the proper role of a public-private partnership to create crises after crises and than offer a worse and worse solution until you achieve your initial goal of saving the planet with 1 billion people left.

IF the top 2% of Americans--you know, the folks who own 90% of all US wealth--had to pay ALL the taxes, at every level of gov't, I wonder whether they'd approve of this spending bill....
They've been promoting the Bird Flu rhetoric for the past couple of years - culling millions of birds that were allegedly "infected". It sounded (still does) like a good candidate for the next Plandemic!
