Long ago when I found out that flu injections did not stop spread, I wondered how nurses and retirement home helpers who were injected might spread disease even though symptomless or sick themselves. For years now it has been shown that jabs do not stop contagion - from the NY measles outbreak a few years ago, 60+ of the 160 sick kids were 'fully vaccinated'. How do people not notice this?
Even though it is hidden, I read the comment and agree with it. Why is military involved in healthcare at all? Since they inject their soldiers and personnel with experimental stuff how can we trust them with our health?

Over the past few hundred thousand years humans developed instincts which helped them think, feel and work in systemic ways to improve their food supply, control over territory and so their reproductive success individually and as tribes / races.
Some of these instincts helped our ancestors raise and herd animals and birds, such as cattle, sheep and poultry. Others helped them imagine, and spend a year or so sowing, caring for and harvesting crops on a large scale.
These agricultural instincts are part of the attraction people in governments, influential elites, think-tanks like DARPA etc. have for broad, systematic, control programs like PROMETHEUS: They - the people who are, or who would like to be, in charge of everything - *like* to herd, propagate, control, milk and otherwise benefit from us, the broad mass of humanity.
All these laws and technologies regarding digital ID, surveillance, censorship, pandemic management, overly-hyped and enforced vaccination (and mRNA & adenovirus vector gene therapy injections falsely marketed as vaccines) and AI management of everything are developed in part for the benefits the perpetrators imagine they will bring to their flock.
However, a lot of the impetus behind all this - especially WEF etc. elite wannabes gathering together to discuss systematic plans for the benefit of humanity - is the satisfaction it provides to the agricultural herding, propagating and harvesting instincts these people inherited from their ancestors. The imagined benefits are for the herder and farmer, not for those being corralled, controlled, interfered with and at times, killed.
The Northern Ireland Health Bill shows how they plan to use health to detain citizens without due process.
This bill was blocked due to resistance from the public. But a similar Bill was passed in Australia, Canada, and Scotland.
The PHA/ N. I Department of Health is seeking control of all of all of us by introducing totalitarian legislation governing “premises, things, persons and related persons”
The legislation would remove civil rights-wrt bodily autonomy, property rights, parental rights, possession rights including animals, the freedom to associate and the right to work as well as introducing a surveillance regime.

It is all about enforcement-why?-there is no mention of preventative practice, good health policy, no mention of a risk benefit analysis nor that it is the results of carrying out a review of previous policy.
It seems nothing has been learnt from its application of Covid policies in terms of their failure to control a virus and the widespread and well documented harms the policies caused, furthermore there has been no recognition that even according to their own data such draconian policies were unnecessary.
The government states that the policies should be “consistent with the WHO international Health Regulations” Actually I would contend that the proposed Bill implements the IHR Amendments eg:
“Change existing IHR provisions affecting individuals from non-binding to binding, including border closures, travel restrictions, confinement (quarantine), medical examinations and medication of individuals. The latter would encompass requirements for injection with vaccines or other pharmaceuticals.” And
“Set up an extensive surveillance process in all States, which WHO will verify regularly through a country review mechanism”
