There have been many of these table top exercises but when the COVID scam hit no one seemed to know what to do. This only proves to me these table tops are more about how they can invoke enough fear to steal our rights and feed big pharma’s bottom line
Of course no one "seemed" to know what to do. If good doctors had been allowed to used their knowledge and experience to treat symptoms as they appeared rather than pretend everyone was a potential "asymptomatic" and contagious case of covid, DARPA and its political and media minions would not have been able to coordinate the wholesale deadly assault upon Americans via poison needle.
So this is soliciting experts in “modeling” and simulation kind like how the whole Covid thing was kicked off by an erroneous model and simulation? Model: a system or thing used as an example to follow or imitate or a simplified description of a system or process to aid in calculations or predictions.
If they start on July 4, as they promised, then the first, convincing sacrifices will begin on August 15-16. I'm not sure, but for some reason the WHO is keeping a 42-day period for deciding on quarantine. 🤭

I might have read the DARPA document to have slightly different intent. It seems to me that they (DARPA) want to know who has what modelling capability, and how accurate the owners claim it to be. This might be to place contracts for further work, but more likely in my guesswork is that DARPA wish to know where the opposition could be coming from when they have their next plandemic to enact. At that point they will need ready prepared put-downs for every strand of conjecture that does not agree with their narrative. When planting out delicate new seedlings, it is essential to ensure that competing weeds are kept clear, at least until the seedling is well established. The same way with plandemic narratives.
