British Chancellor Says 'Next Pandemic' Will Involve Quick-Made AI-Constructed Vaccines: MP Jeremy Hunt at World Economic Forum (Video)

"When we have the next pandemic, we don't want to have to wait a year before we get the vaccine," U.K. Chancellor Hunt says on stage with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla at Davos 2024.

U.K. Chancellor Jeremy Hunt on Thursday told a World Economic Forum (WEF) panel at the organization’s Davos 2024 meeting that there will be a “next pandemic.”

Hunt also stated that artificial intelligence (AI) could be the driving force behind a new vaccine.

“When we have the next pandemic, we don’t want to have to wait a year before we get the vaccine,” he said. “If AI can shrink the time it takes to get that vaccine to a month, that is a massive step forward for humanity.”

The news follows recent reports of Denver Health healthcare workers being injected with Merck’s live Ebola vaccine ‘ERVEBO,’ which “sheds” onto (infects) those nearby more than 31% of the time.

The vaccination measures were taken “in the event of a future outbreak.”

At the same time, a new $12 million, U.S.-taxpayer-funded Ebola research lab is being built in Fort Collins, Colorado, just 65 miles north of Denver Health.
