My dad was retired naval reserves. He traveled frequently to visit myself and my brothers at their duty stations. As he grew older it was at times necessary to go to different VA hospitals and medical centers. They could pull up dad’s medical chart in an instant. One worry though. Every doc wanted to change his medication. That needs to stop. Fix the medical issue and let his medication remain.
