I thought it was a voluntary act to wear the bracelet. I can't imagine them not wanting to wear it, but you never know. Obviously, they weren't very bright to start with.
It probably is voluntary, as I cannot see how they could mandate it. But all the women who took the jabs while pregnant, or aiming to get pregnant, must indeed not be very wise health wise. For many years, young women got the advice not to take any drugs while pregnant and all of a sudden, some years ago, doctors start to inject them with whatnot!
