If it is a single pharmacy it would be also better as you meet less people, but if it is that one at the Walmart, you could infect the whole place! And it would omit the weight, blood pressure, and whatnot useless tests a doctor's office does, also prescribing you 4 other meds you do not want but take as you want to be helped and get home to sick it out.
This may open a whole other can of worms, and put even more power in the hands of Big Pharma. Medical decisions and dispensed pharmaceuticals placed squarely into the hands of Big Pharma to profit from algorithms produced by -- well, Big Pharma!
Wonder if the pharmacists will be paid more for the greater responsibility? Will they be given Big Pharma incentives to sell more vaccines -- a bonus, or a vacation?

Pharmacists in Germany can prescribe medications for minor stuff. Interesting to see the US make moves in that direction.
