We learned in school (and this was not a medical school) that you can overdose on the fat soluble vitamins A and D. Later on I looked how vitamins are made. I think the fat soluble ones are made from the dirt of sheep's wool. The rest is built in labs from bacteria and whatnot. I stopped several years ago taking any vitamins, and only take supplements if I can see what it is (not white powder).

Preferably I buy whole herb or at least, herbal products from a reputable company, or from a pharmacy who make the stuff themselves.

Anytime a person begins any kind of diet or elimination of anything in order to feel better, there’s something that must be remembered. Seed oil toxicity is a major problem in almost everyone. I find it odd that this doctor did not even mention this. Not only are the seed oils naturally rancid due to the manufacturing process but, the very imbalance of Omega 6 to Omega 3 they cause is in itself toxic to the body. The fact that everyone must remember is that the seed oils remain in our cells for 700 days after totally eliminating them from the diet. Therefore, if one completely eliminates seed oils from their diet, they cannot realize the benefit from this action for three years. It is a major health issue that is often not discussed. Regardless of what diet one begins, they must remember this nasty invader is always in play in the background before claiming that the diet didn’t work or that it turned out to be toxic for them.

I totally agree there are no viruses and what we experience is a yearly natural cleansing of the body by the body to get rid of built up toxins. The more toxic you are the more severe the clean up. I believe COVID was a government sponsored poisoning globally.

One of the pitfalls is the American assumption, more is always better.

I love that your guest focuses on no one protocol.

With education in Europe and South America, and Japan, I’d humbly suggest we are Conscious Living Beings who change and function well in terms of coherent systems, across dimensions of high dilution physics.

Yes, we need diverse nutrients and are depleted by our N. American lifestyle, diet and toxic agricultural practices scans processing. Yes, we eat micro plastics (and even choose to inject it in LNPs).

In a light hearted tone: The CDC (Capitalistic Dietary Corruption) and doctors know little about health or disease prevention without iatrogenic intervention and acute care. That’s just business.

So, we seek info because our tech is made to help us forget that we were born to self-regulate, with sunlight, water, activity, family, sir, and purpose in life other than taking advantage of one another economically and killing or staving our human neighbors . Not really made to stuff our money into excessive macro nutrients in our cells. Health is not about pursuing the next one-size fits-all shopping list of four or one ir two costly magical cure-all super foods.

Too much = toxic. It’s not all or nothing.

☀️💕👍

I will not take vitamin pills. I get my vitamin A from carrots, and I doubt it is possible to overdose that way. I throw about 5 baby carrots in a blender with 6-8 oz orange juice and drink them. It is a very important anti cancer antioxident. I have been plant based/vegan for 45 years and enjoy great health. I'm a blue zone Seventh Day Adventist. Many people don't realize that the original diet was vegan. "(Genesis 1:29, AV)

“‭29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."

Multivitamins get a lot of people in trouble, especially elderly folks. If they include vitamin A or vitamin B6, you may want to consider tossing them in the trash.

It's always best to get your vitamins from fresh picked, organic fruits and vegetables. Lightly steamed or raw in salads. Grass fed beef and free range chicken and eggs. It may cost more than conventional grown, but it's worth it to be healthy.

When I was about 14-15 years old I went to the doctor because I had stomach bloating and pain that was constant. He told me I was developing an ulcer and gave me a list of foods to avoid. 90% of the list was every pork product. It made sense to me when I saw that list because every time I had pork product, especially ham at Easter followed by days of left overs from that ham, I would not feel well. I cut all pork out of my diet at that time, and then due to financial circumstances over 10 yrs later, I consumed pork a few times, and the stomach issues re-surfaced. That was the end of my consuming pork... over 30 yrs ago now.

At that last time of consuming pork, I also knew a man who was a body builder, he grew up on a hog farm, so they had pork, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He developed really bad ulcerative colitis and some other issues that almost ended his life. He studied about pork, and the lie of cooking it to 180 degrees, along with uncovering documentation put out by the American gov't about pork that was not high in public knowledge. He stopped consuming pork, which helped in his being able to function again. I lost contact with him when I relocated from the area, so I don't know if he beat the consensus of the medical community that he would lose his life due to the medical conditions he was battling at that time.

Vitamin A might be toxic, but beta-carotene is not. Beta-carotene cures over 200 diseases, including cancer, covid-19, pneumonia, bronchitis, aids, and much more. The best way to cure people is add a tablespoon of collodial silver , a tablespoon of olive oil to a large 16 ounce carrot 🥕 juice. You can basically say good bye to your doctor. Truth is a powerful tool. 😇🙏🙈🙉🙊
