FL may sound good but try to get home owners insurance......if you can get it it is extremely expensive and when we lived there they cancelled every year and every year we had to find new insurance and every year it cost more. So do your homework before you make a move.

Each state has the authority to end ALL vaccine mandates. The mandates come from the state not the federal government.

You can sell your house for more hopefully after refurb,recoup your investment then move ....
