As others have said, the government does not mean for you to buy it. This is money-laundering at best, preparation for a mandate at worst. And remember - Congress owns Pharma stock and gets Pharma contributions (bribes). Insurance companies will pay for the jabs, and pass along the cost in the form of increased premiums and less actual health care.
These procurements are for regular distribution to states for seasonal distribution. The states give them to people for free. Insurance or the state covers the administration fees, not the shots themselves. This is socialized medicine, and the government is guaranteeing profits to an industry that can't otherwise convince people to buy their products.

So here’s a plan to celebrate their leadership. We allocate the entire Pfizer contract to repeatedly boosting those in government who do not stop this pandemic profiteering. Any leader’s hesitation at forming the exclusive lineup for full vaccination and boosting can be met by those among them with official status, echoing or amplifying their principles indicating they should be fine: They are the ones who say these vaccines are safe and effective.
Taxpayers’ money well spent yet again (Bourla can now buy his 5th estate) AND we have sooo much $$$ to give because there is no inflation, groceries are minimal, gas is 25 cents, houses are 1950 prices (10,000). NOT! And where the hell is RFK???????? And what about disposal of unused, spoilage of all these bioweapons - another Love Canal clean up! It just gets better and better.
There is enough EVIDENCE of their avarice greed accumulating and piling up after the fact of all of the death and harm they have caused thus during the lifespan of the CDC.
